Strategy, Objectives

AKKO Invest Plc invests its own assets, does not perform external asset management and its basic purpose is not to buy and sell the subsidiaries it owns, but to increase the assets and the value achieved in the subsidiaries (and of course in the parent company).

The most important goal of AKKO Invest Plc is to increase the value of the company and, at the same time, to increase the share price. AKKO Invest Plc intends to operate as an asset manager representing a well-defined value on an asset basis by continuously expanding its investment portfolio.

In the course of its operations, AKKO Invest Plc focuses primarily on investments in the real economy, in the framework of which it buys company shares and real estate with favorable growth prospects and good profitability.

It invests in sectors and areas of the real economy where it sees significant underpricing and/or the possibility of outstanding returns with very significant risk.

The investment strategy is developed and implemented by the Board of Directors of AKKO Invest Plc.

The portfolio may include both real estate investments and minority or majority stakes in other companies.
