In the course of its operations, AKKO Invest Plc focuses primarily on investments in the real economy, in the framework of which it buys company shares and real estate with favorable growth prospects and good profitability.

The expert graduated from Szent István University in 2009 with a degree in business management and finance-accounting. He started his career at MKB Bank, where he worked on acquisitions and capital market investments, and was responsible for the development of projects and syndicated loans for his special lending activities. In 2013 he worked at Unicredit Bank as a senior corporate officer responsible for the bank's medium-sized corporate finance area, where he managed acquisition and financing transactions. In 2015 he worked at Appeninn Plc as CFO and member of the Board of Directors, where he participated in capital market operations (shares, bonds) and in the execution of various financing transactions. From November 2016 to the end of February 2019 he was the CEO of Appeninn Credit Ltd From November 2017 until 28 February 2019 he was CEO of ALTERA Plc, now AutoWallis Plc. Since 23 January 2019 he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of the Issuer.
He graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting with a degree in finance. After that, he worked at Leumi Hitel Bank as a back office manager and treasury salesman, and then spent 12 years at Budapest Alapkezelő Zrt as a back office manager and bond portfolio manager. In 2006 he was an asset manager at Wallis Zrt, and since 2007 he has been the finance director of WING Zrt.
István Matskási graduated in economics in 1995 from the Budapest University of Economics. He started his professional career at Messer Hungarogáz, then between 1998 and 2003 he was the chief controller of the Ferroglobus Trading House. He has held senior management positions since 2003 and has gained significant experience in areas such as financial management, corporate governance, corporate finance and venture capital management. From 2003 to 2008 he was the financial director of Multireklám Public Media Agency, then from 2008 to 2010 he was the chief advisor to the chairman of OTP Bank, and from 2010 to 2012 he was the commercial director of Bonafarm. After that, he was the financial director of Scitec Kft. for two years. From 2014 to 2016, as CEO of Morando Venture Capital Fund, he was responsible for the fund’s investments and for the control and development of portfolio companies. Since 2008 he has been the managing director of his own MMXVI Kft., managing the funds of a private investor group and the managing director and co-owner of PAMO Mangala Farm Ltd., which has been managing investments in Zambia since 2013.
He started his professional career at Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. in 1999, where he gained managerial experience in the fields of customer service and sales, among other things. He worked on several projects, as a project and transformation manager. He later gained significant corporate governance experience as Head of Department, then as Head of the Bank's Nyíregyháza Operations Center, and as Managing Director of the Bank's subsidiary. Since 2016, he has been the CEO of the self-founded CallComm Ltd and simultaneously he has acted as a business advisor for several financial institutions with high reputation.
He holds a degree in economics from the College of Finance and Accounting. At the beginning of his professional career, he gained extensive experience in the real estate management and investment market, as well as assisted as a consultant in the capital operations of major domestic companies, and as an expert he was also involved in the sale of industrial production plants. The specialist has decades of experience in corporate management and capital markets, having participated in the founding of Appeninn Plc, one of Hungary's most dynamically growing real estate investment companies, in 2009, of which he was also the head. Currently, AutoWallis Plc, listed in the Premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange, as an investment director and a member of the board of directors, is responsible for the stock market's presence on the capital market, finding new investments and managing them.
