Full Life Cycle
The company is building a portfolio of high-value-added services spanning the entire real estate life cycle, from design and project preparation through construction, engineering project management and operation to refurbishment. The objective is to develop mutually reinforcing capabilities that are competitive in their own right and create additional value at Group level.
Growth Directions
One area of growth is the continued development of existing services. NEO Property Services’ general contracting business is one of the Group’s areas with the greatest growth potential. In facility management, digitalisation, data-driven operations, energy efficiency, robotics and automation are key to competitiveness. The other area of growth is to add new capabilities in lead design services, BIM-based project preparation, engineering project management, construction supervision and energy services, through organic business development and targeted acquisitions.
Five-Year Target
According to the strategy renewed in 2026, AKKO Invest targets consolidated revenue of more than HUF 100 billion within five years, alongside a meaningful improvement in profitability. The objective is not to pursue scale for its own sake, but to achieve sustainable profitability, increase customer value, improve operational efficiency and create shareholder value.
Capital Market Role
