Budapest, February 11, 2025 – NEO Property Services Zrt., an AKKO Invest subsidiary, has submitted the winning tender for the performance of the general contracting tasks of a residential housing project in Budapest District III. The Római Park project, consisting of a 257-apartment complex, is expected to be completed in 2026.
AKKO Invest’s subsidiary, the Budapest Stock Exchange-registered NEO Property Services, has been awarded yet another general contracting project. Following the results of the restricted, multi-round tender, NEO was requested to conclude a general contracting works contract with a value of more than HUF 8 billion. The contract is expected to be concluded after the contractual negotiations are successfully closed in the coming months. The investment project extends to the construction of 257 modern, energy-efficient apartments equipped with smart-home capabilities in the Római Park residential complex in Óbuda, expected to be completed at the end of 2026. This is not the first time NEO has played an important role in large-scale real estate property developments. Among others, it has participated in the shell & core construction works of phase II of the Liberty apartment building in Budapest District IX, and carried out both the general contracting and the structural construction works of the Le Jardin I housing project in District XIII.
