The company, listed on the Prime Market of the Budapest Stock Exchange, presented its renewed strategy this summer, under which it aims to become one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AKKO Invest Nyrt. increased its revenue to HUF 22.8 billion in the first half of 2026, 19% higher than in the same period last year, while its net profit amounted to HUF 422 million in the first six months of this year, compared to a loss a year earlier. EBITDA, reflecting operating performance, amounted to HUF 1.5 billion in the first half, which means a 5.5% increase year-on-year. Performance was primarily supported by the growth and results of AKKO\u2019s largest subsidiary, NEO Property Services Zrt., a key player in the Hungarian real estate services market. The first-half results are in line with AKKO Invest\u2019s renewed strategy presented this summer, which aims to make the company one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups, building on the capital strength of the Wallis Group, the professional expertise of the WING Group, and the stable market position of NEO Property Services. The company plans to achieve a group-level revenue of more than HUF 100 billion within five years and strengthen its profitability. The expansion will focus on strengthening capabilities in general design, BIM-based project preparation, engineering project management, general contracting, energy and innovative technology services through organic development and targeted acquisitions. In September, AKKO announced an acquisition in line with its strategy after reaching an agreement to purchase Aspectus Architect Zrt., a dynamically growing company in the field of general design. Aspectus generated a revenue of nearly HUF 600 million and EBITDA of nearly HUF 60 million in 2025. The architectural firm expects significant growth in both revenue and earnings as early as 2026 and plans to continue its dynamic development in the coming years.
