Budapest, September 10, 2026 \u2013 AKKO Invest Nyrt. has agreed to acquire Aspectus Architect Zrt., a dynamically growing general design firm. The move is well aligned with the renewed strategy of the Company listed on the Prime Market of the Budapest Stock Exchange, the objective of which is for AKKO to become one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AKKO Invest Nyrt. has reached an agreement on an acquisition in line with its renewed strategy after WINGSERVE Kft., a member of the WING Group and the current owner of Aspectus Architect Zrt., a dynamically growing general design firm, accepted AKKO Invest\u2019s binding purchase offer. The transaction is expected to close in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The objective of AKKO Invest\u2019s strategy, renewed this year, is for the Company to become one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups by building on the financial strength of the Wallis Group, the professional background of the WING Group and the stable market position of NEO Property Services. The Company plans to achieve consolidated revenue of more than HUF 100 billion within five years and strengthen its profitability. The expansion will focus on strengthening capabilities in general design, BIM-based project preparation, engineering project management, general contracting, energy and innovative technology services through organic development and targeted acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The acquisition is well aligned with AKKO Invest\u2019s objectives, as Aspectus, established in 1999, provides architectural and interior design services as a general designer and typically remains involved in its projects in that capacity from concept development all the way through completion. Its activities include all design tasks from concept design to as-built documentation and from demolition plans to the preparation of survey documentation for existing buildings, covering all specialist design disciplines, including energy-related design if required. Aspectus recorded revenue of nearly HUF 600 million and EBITDA of nearly HUF 60 million in 2025 and currently employs 21 people. The architectural firm expects significant revenue and earnings growth as early as 2026 and plans continued dynamic growth in the coming years, building on its stable professional background and financial strength as well as its successfully completed projects. Aspectus has an extensive track record, is active in nearly every real estate segment and has designed numerous iconic buildings. These include, for example, the ibis and TRIBE hotels at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, the Ericsson and evosoft headquarters on the Danube riverbank, the R\u00f3mai Park and Kass\u00e1k Terrace residential developments, the stadium in Kisv\u00e1rda, and the East Gate PRO industrial and logistics park. In recent years, Aspectus has worked on numerous projects in which AKKO Invest\u2019s subsidiary NEO Property Services or its NEO Construct general contracting business acted as contractor. The closer relationship and excellent cooperation between the two organizations going forward may help NEO Construct execute more complex projects as general contractor, in which investment preparation and coordinated design collaboration are important components.
