As part of this process, one of its subsidiaries has entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale of an ownership interest in a residential property in Budapest, while its French subsidiary has sold its former hotel property in Antibes, France. The two transactions support the implementation of the Company\u2019s growth strategy aimed at building an integrated real estate services group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Directors of AKKO Invest has approved the sale of an ownership interest in a residential property in Budapest and a former hotel property in France, in line with the Company\u2019s renewed strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Plus Invest Zrt., a subsidiary of AKKO Invest, has signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of an ownership interest in a residential property at 14 \u0150zike \u00fat in Budapest\u2019s District 12. The property is unused and requires significant refurbishment. Provided that the conditions set out in the preliminary agreement are met, the parties are expected to enter into the final sale and purchase agreement and complete the transaction by January 31, 2027, at the latest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022\tAKKO Invest\u2019s French subsidiary, ALQ SAS, has sold a multistory building in Antibes, France, which formerly operated as a hotel under the name Le Cyrano, has been closed for an extended period and requires complete refurbishment. The parties signed the sale and purchase agreement today, July 30, and the transaction, including the handover of possession, will also be completed today.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on the sales, J\u00e1nos Ger\u0151, Chief Executive Officer of AKKO Invest, said that under the renewed strategy, the primary focus of AKKO Invest\u2019s growth is not the expansion of its real estate investment portfolio, but the development of a high-value-added service portfolio covering the entire real estate life cycle. By selling properties that are not closely aligned with this direction and no longer offer significant potential for further value appreciation \u2013 including the properties involved in the two transactions announced today \u2013 the Group will make its portfolio more focused. The proceeds from the sales are intended to be used for business development and growth programs aligned with the renewed strategy.\nThe objective of AKKO Invest\u2019s recently presented renewed strategy is for the Company to become one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups by building on the financial strength of the Wallis Group, the professional background of the WING Group and the stable market position of NEO Property Services. The Company plans to achieve consolidated revenue of more than HUF 100 billion within five years and strengthen its profitability.
