The R\u00f3mai Park project, consisting of a\n257-apartment complex, is expected to be completed in 2026.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKKO Invest\u2019s subsidiary, the Budapest Stock Exchange-registered NEO\nProperty Services, has been awarded yet another general contracting project.\nFollowing the results of the restricted, multi-round tender, NEO was requested\nto conclude a general contracting works contract with a value of more than\nHUF 8 billion. The contract is expected to be concluded after the contractual\nnegotiations are successfully closed in the coming months. The investment project extends to the\nconstruction of 257 modern, energy-efficient apartments equipped with smart-home capabilities in\nthe R\u00f3mai Park residential complex in \u00d3buda, expected to be completed at the end of 2026. This is\nnot the first time NEO has played an important role in large-scale real estate property developments.\nAmong others, it has participated in the shell &amp; core construction works of phase II of the Liberty\napartment building in Budapest District IX, and carried out both the general contracting and the\nstructural construction works of the Le Jardin I housing project in District XIII.
