AKKO Invest Plc. is a real estate services group listed on the Prime Market of the Budapest Stock Exchange. Its shares have been listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange since 2011; the company assumed its current form in 2019 through the transformation of Plotinus Nyrt.<\/p>

Building on the financial strength of Wallis Group, the professional background of WING Group and the stable market position of its largest subsidiary, NEO Property Services, AKKO Invest aims to become one of Hungary\u2019s leading integrated real estate services groups. To achieve this, the company is building a portfolio of high-value-added services spanning the entire real estate life cycle, from design and project preparation through construction, engineering project management and operation to refurbishment.<\/p>

A major shareholder in AKKO Invest is Mevinvest Kft., a member of WING Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Wingholding Zrt. Tibor Veres is the indirect majority owner of both companies.       J\u00e1nos Ger\u0151 is an experienced real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the real\nestate market and corporate transactions.\nHe received his first degree in 1993 from the Budapest University of Economics and Business\nAdministration in finance and corporate valuation. He then furthered his expertise at the postgraduate\nreal estate professional training at Nottingham Trent University in 1996. In 1999, he became one of\nthe first Hungarian members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), one of the most\nrespected international real estate professional organizations in the world.\nHe began his professional career at the international real estate consulting firm DTZ Hungary, and\nwas appointed the company\u2019s first local managing director in 1996.\nIn 2003, he joined WING Zrt., one of Hungary\u2019s leading real estate developers and investors.       S\u00e1ndor Gy\u00e1fr\u00e1s graduated in economics from the Budapest University of Economics. Following an internship in the British Parliament, he gained experience in the real estate market, finance, and corporate finance while working for multinational companies and in the banking sector. From 1999, he worked at Erste Bank, where he gained leadership experience between 2010 and 2015 as Head of the Bank\u2019s Real Estate and Project Finance Division. During this period, he also served as Managing Director of Erste Group Immorent in Hungary, a Vienna-based subsidiary of the Erste Bank Group specializing in real estate development and asset management.\nBetween 2015 and 2016, he was Director General responsible for movable and real estate assets at MNV Ltd., as well as a member of its Board of Directors. In connection with this role, he served on the boards and supervisory boards of various state-owned companies until 2023.<\/p>

      Since the end of 2016, he has been Deputy CEO responsible for establishing and launching the real estate fund management activities of the WING Group\u2019s real estate fund management company.
